The Wilding Experience was designed to take women who are feeling exhausted yet unfulfilled, disconnected from themselves, cut off from their energy source, stuck in the “shoulds” of convention, stalled in self-doubt, criticism and fear, programmed to autopilot, trapped in monotony, overwhelmed by underwhelm....

And BREAK THEM FREE so that they can COME ALIVE and

During our experience together, we will journey through a deep exploration of liberation supported by the healing vibrations of the jungle. Through a combination of: mindset and mindfulness workshops; somatic practices like yoga and dance; ancient healing rituals; playful expressive activities; immersive adventures in nature; bonding in sisterhood; and spacious simple living, we cause shifts to align you with your natural ability to
